Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in French Oak Barrels. A selection of our finest French barriques were blended displaying a rich structured wine capturing the unique soil expression of the Esk Valley

Tropical on the nose with hints of vanilla and pineapple intertwined with savoury characters. Subtle buttery flavour with hints of tropical fruits.  

Ideal with mild, buttery or creamy dishes. Great with seafood or seasoned poultry and pork dishes.
