This stunning reserve Chardonnay was hand harvested, whole bunched pressed.  Wild ferment was used to enhance savoury and complex characters.

A selection of our finest barriques were carefully chosen to maximise the fruit flavours and add just enough Oak. This wine displays a rich structure capturing the unique soil expression of Esk Valley.

French oak intertwined with summer fruits with a nutty savoury character. Offering richness and softness to provide a full mouth feel of balanced wine with notes of ripe fruits, oak and spice.

A perfect example of fine quality Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay.
